1. About Zion Choice

Zion Choice is an online store based in Belgium offering products including bags, beauty and hair products, accessories, jewellery, home and lifestyle products, baby products, shoes, fragrances and other selected items.

2. Products

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, colours and information for all products displayed on our website.

However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings or product batch.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, provide a refund for the unavailable item.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes will be handled according to Belgian and EU requirements. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where required by law or where there is an obvious pricing error.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including your name, delivery address, email address and payment information.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example because a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.

Orders may not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received or authorised.

Payment information is processed through the payment providers available on our website.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable under Belgian and EU consumer law, consumers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

The withdrawal period generally begins when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, products must be returned in accordance with applicable law and our Refund & Returns Policy .

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where useful, photographs showing the issue.

Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

9. Product Use

Customers should follow any instructions, warnings and safety information supplied with a product.

Products should only be used for their intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
