Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Belgium and may also offer delivery to selected European countries.

Available delivery destinations and shipping charges will be shown at checkout where applicable.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of the carrier, public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Zion Choice may offer free or discounted shipping as part of a promotion.

5. Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery address. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order has to be resent because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided.

7. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you and, where appropriate, contact the delivery carrier.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number together with clear photographs of the package and damaged item.

We will review the situation and advise you on the appropriate next steps.

9. International Orders

For orders delivered outside Belgium, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Where such charges are imposed by local authorities and are not collected by Zion Choice during checkout, they are normally the responsibility of the customer.
